LFM, the Milanese Pharmaceutical Laboratory, has renovated its Caronno Pertusella headquarters.
The new project is designed by INS, led by Ilaria Nava, who interpreted the project with a more minimalist and rigorous perspective.
The initial phases of the project began with listening, engaging, and interviewing employees to develop a "workplace strategy with the client."
The original layout consisted of two rectangles rotating on top of each other, creating an underutilized space. The goal was to create two functional, easily identifiable areas that, depending on the level, could be used as work or distribution areas.
The workspaces, meeting rooms, executive offices, conference areas, and breakout areas all share the same blue hue, a distinctive element of the pharmaceutical laboratory.
