Boa by Hay is a collection of large tables inspired by traditional Japanese bamboo workmanship, revisited with a contemporary twist.
The stable and easily movable tubular frame is made of HYDRO Circal aluminum, a recycled aluminum obtained from a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled waste, such as beverage can scraps, facades, and dismantled windows. The aluminum is extruded in Denmark using hydroelectric power, a renewable energy source.
The special aluminum bending technique allows the user to easily bend the aluminum into place.
The frames and tabletops can also be integrated with accessories for power and cable management. The tabletops are available in different sizes from 220cm to 420cm and, thanks to their versatility, can be inserted into a wide variety of public and private spaces.
